We also have a lot more control over the page therefore any technical issues can be dealt with swiftly, therefore you're not missing out on anything.

Absolutely not. Indeed sets up the new page and we make sure everything runs smooth. Your performance is NOT effected in the slightest.

Yes you can. However, we do encourage you let us take over this for you, so you can focus on more pressing responsibilities such as phone screens and face to face interviews.

No. You can choose your own advertising spend. We do encourage that you have an advertising audit with us, so we can help you work out your cost per hire. Around 70% of care providers do increase their advertising budget when working with us, as they now fully understand that having an increased advertising budget, will ultimately lead to more hires. More hires means more growth.

Membership 1, we conduct a full recruitment health check and present a report to you with next steps. We also manage Indeed for you and you receive a 30 day trail of Membership 2.
Membership 2, you get the same service as Membership 1, but we screen candidates for you on your Indeed page - therefore making this time consuming, takes away from your internal team and speeding up the recruitment process for them.

Membership 3, you get all the same services as Membership 1 and 2, but we now arrange face to face interviews on your behalf. We screen candidates, check their suitability for your care company E.G. Correct values, good communication, drivers (if needed), don't require sponsorship, can work the hours you need, live local etc.
We literally arrange candidates to show up at your location for a face to face interview, therefore taking away this huge task from your internal team so they can focus on higher quality face to face interviews, offer management, onboarding, DBS checks, references and everything else that goes into making sure candidates have a smooth journey when starting to work for your care company.

We have staff based in the UK and Australia so we're able to offer a fully bespoke service where candidates are screened 24/7. Care recruitment is not a 9-5 role, so when your internal team is finished at 5pm, we will still be screening candidates for you, therefore contacting candidates faster than any other care company.

We offer monthly contracts or 12 month contracts. We highly encourage 12 month contracts as this is a much more cost effective option for care companies as well as creating a long term collaboration with us. Side note - 92% of care companies carry on the collaboration after 12 months of working with us.

Yes. This is non negotiable as we need to ensure that your team are trained to a high standard. There is no point collaborating with us, if we're not confident that your processes are to a high standard.

The set up of the new Indeed page is around 48 - 72 hours. In that time, we can start the process of re-writing your job adverts and arranging the next steps of the collaboration.

Yes you do. 100% of our Clients have Internal teams who now have around 10-12 hours free per week as we are now managing job boards and screening candidates. This is a collaboration and we are here to work with your internal teams.
