Where The Care Social Network manages, assists with or advises on a client's use of a recruitment platform or job board, we are acting as an independent consultant and service provider.The client remains responsible for:Its recruitment decisions;The roles it chooses to advertise;The accuracy of its job advertisements;Employment terms and conditions;Candidate selection and hiring decisions;Compliance with applicable employment and equality legislation;Information supplied to candidates;Its own accounts with third-party platforms; andCompliance with the relevant platform's terms and policies.Our role is to provide recruitment support, consultancy and/or platform-management services as agreed with the client.
7. No guarantee of platform performance
We do not control third-party recruitment platforms, job boards, social-media platforms, advertising systems or their algorithms.Consequently, we cannot guarantee:A particular number of applications;A particular number of candidates;A particular number of interviews;A particular number of hires;A particular cost per application;Advertising reach or impressions;Candidate quality;Platform availability;Search ranking or visibility;Advertising performance; orAny particular recruitment outcome.Recruitment results can be affected by factors outside our control, including candidate availability, local labour-market conditions, salary levels, competition, employer reputation, platform changes and changes to advertising algorithms.
