Do you know over 80% of care companies send this to candidates who apply on job boards? ❌ No call ❌ No relationship building ❌ No trust Know what then happens? 🤯 Managers sit in a room and look at CVs and decide who they went to interview. Sounds like 1992 doesn’t it? Know what happens then? 📞 3 days has gone by, they call candidates. They then conduct a phone screen. They then have to go BACK to the manager to see when they’re free for an interview. 4-5 days has now gone by. ❓Guess what then? They go back to the candidates and yep, you guessed it, the candidates already have OTHER job offers. All because you didn’t provide interview availability. Please fix your internal processes 🙌
